We take particular care while recruiting our workers. The recruitment process has two steps.
The first one is going through a CV, a job interview, reading and considering references, asking about previous experience and education.
The second step is a trial period, the length of which depends on a candidate’s work experience. During trial period a worker-to-be does the job together with and under the supervision of an experienced professional already employed in our company.
Only when both steps of the recruitment process are completed successfully is the candidate employed by us.
